A Case of Exploding Mangoes

I had heard about the book since it came out but never really got around to reading it. Finally did, and it was explosive. Taking a real life situation, that is, till now, one of the biggest national mysteries, Mohammed Hanif has woven a tale that captivates its audience from the get go.
Brilliantly written and imagined, Hanif has turned me into a fan and I will most definitely be checking out his second book out recently. As for this one, it was funny and clever. Entertaining of the highest order. Laid bare so many of the conspiracies that had arisen after the fateful crash killing Zia and all on board. Hilarious. And unputdownable!
