Barney is somehow obsessed by the idea that he is dating a stripper. And he keeps announcing it to the rest of the world.
Lily is having crazy pregnant dreams and Marshall is getting a little agitated due to them. He ends up picking a fight with his wife just when they are about to have a fancy dinner. Ranjeet talks some fatherhood-sense to Marshall and explains why he does not get to be the crazy one from now on.
Ted is absolutely loving living alone for the first time in his life.
Barney has a new idea of making every night legendary and forces Ted to tag along. However, after a few of these, Ted has had enough. And that is when Barney admits to his friend that he is bothered by Quinn being a stripper. He tells Ted how difficult it is for him to be home alone till four in the morning, when he knows his girlfriend is a stripper. And that is when Ted decides to help his friend out and be his partner during the legendary nights.
Robin is having trouble with the fact that people are not recognizing her even though she is on TV every day. This comes to a halt when she gets to pilot a helicopter to a safe landing and save the pilot’s life. The story goes that Robin is on a reporting assignment, flying in a helicopter. While still in the air, the pilot suffers a stroke and becomes unconscious. It is left to Scherbatsky to be the heroine and steer the helicopter to a safe landing. This propels her to instant fame. And the best part is that she gets contacted by everyone she knows afterwards. And even though they’re not talking, even Ted sends a sweet message saying he is glad she’s okay.
